According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On compulsory insurance of civil liability of private notaries”, the object of compulsory insurance of civil liability of private notaries is the property interests of a private notary related to his obligation to indemnify third parties as a result of notarial acts for which a private notary in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on notaries, is obliged to conclude a compulsory insurance contract liability of a private notary.

The purpose of compulsory liability insurance of private notaries is to protect the property interests of third parties who have been harmed as a result of notarial acts by a private notary through insurance payments.
