The policyholder is a tour operator. Tourists who purchase a tour package are insured.

A tourist from the Tour Operator will have to receive a full package of documents, including an insurance certificate in printed form, which, as a step-by-step instruction, regulates the actions of a tourist who finds himself in a difficult situation abroad.

In the event of an insured accident abroad, the tourist does not bear the costs of paying for medical services, medical evacuation / repatriation and other expenses, we cover these costs through an international assistance company that organizes tourist assistance.

Registration of the insurance certificate takes place in the Tour Operator's personal account.

After the insurance certificate is issued, the Tour Operator and its tourists will receive a notification on the conclusion of a compulsory tourist insurance agreement with a unique insurance policy number from the Unified Insurance Database to a mobile phone number or email address.

Compulsory tourist insurance applies only to organized tourism. Tourists who plan their own trips are advised to conclude a voluntary insurance contract for people traveling abroad, in order to avoid unforeseen financial losses during the trip.
